Interviews
Interviews are by invitation only and are required as part of the selection process. Once your application and letters of recommendation are submitted, you may be invited for an interview. Interviews will all be virtual. These virtual interview days will begin in the early morning and continue through mid-afternoon Eastern Time. The schedule will include a program overview presentation, attendance at a morning conference, interviews with faculty, and a private meeting with current fellows.
The purpose of the interview is to provide candidates the opportunity to engage with faculty about the program and its philosophy. It also allows candidates to meet faculty representatives. Please inform us in advance if:
- You have a particular interest in meeting a specific faculty member.
- There are personal needs (e.g., spouse employment, schools, etc.) that should be considered during your interview day.
Interview Arrangements
We use the Thalamus program for all interview scheduling. This platform offers a secure and reliable way to access our availability and communicate with candidates.
Once selected for an interview, candidates will receive an email invitation to schedule their interview through Thalamus. By clicking the link, candidates will be guided through the scheduling process. The website provides clear visibility of available interview dates and a Smart Calendar to allow for flexible scheduling.
