T. Hallett
Overview
Dr. Hallett completed her pediatric residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio, where she was the chief resident. She is fellowship-trained in pediatric emergency medicine through Vanderbilt University Medical Center and in medical toxicology through the joint Emory University / Centers for Disease Control and Prevention fellowship program, during which she worked at the National Center for Environmental Health. She is board certified in general pediatrics, pediatric emergency medicine, and medical toxicology.
Dr. Hallett currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Emergency Medicine at the Emory University School of Medicine, Director of Medical Toxicology in the Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine, Attending Physician at Childrens Healthcare of Atlanta, and Associate Pediatric Medical Director of the Georgia Poison Center. Her primary research areas of focus include disaster preparedness, childhood poisoning, adolescent substance use prevention and management, and graduate and community education.
