Biography
Kamron is originally from Lansing, Michigan and attended the University of Pittsburgh, where he majored in Microbiology. After graduating, he completed a two year postbac fellowship in Dr. Mario Roederer’s lab at the NIH Vaccine Research Center where he worked to develop therapies and vaccines for Norovirus. He is interested in infectious diseases and hopes to research vaccines and therapies for emerging pathogens. He is planning to join the Immunology and Molecular Pathogenesis graduate program. Outside of research and school, he enjoys reading, trying new foods with friends, concerts, and running.
