Biography
Isaree Pitaktong received her bachelor’s degree at Johns Hopkins University in biomedical engineering, then worked as a cardiac tissue engineering research specialist at the University of Chicago for a year before starting her MD PhD training at Emory. Her research interests are in regenerative medicine and she plans to pursue her PhD at Georgia Tech in biomedical engineering.
