We have transitioned to a web-based CME Event Application form. All activities (except for RSS renewals) should complete the Pre-application for Accrediting Continuing Medical Education. The Event Application Guide can provide additional information for filling out your pre-application.
Our office will respond within 14 business days to schedule a meeting (if required) to review your activity and discuss the planning process and any associated fees. After your pre-application and/or meeting with our team is reviewed, you will receive the full CME Event Application link and required forms from your Emory CME Coordinator.
Applications for RSS for 2026 will open September 1, 2026.

Completed applications must be submitted:
| Live events involving meeting planning | 6 months in advance |
| Live events without meeting planning (accreditation only) | 4 months in advance |
| Enduring Materials (currently paused) | 4 months in advance |
| Professional development programs (non-clinical) | 2 months in advance |
| Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS) (for Emory staff only) | November 1 of prior year |
