A physician scientist, Mohammad K Khan, MD, PhD, leads clinical, translational, and basic science research. Dr. Khan serves as co-leader of Winship Cancer Institute's Immuno-Oncology Program.
His research is advancing our understanding of how radiation can enhance a patient's own immune system to fight cancer in combination with emerging immunotherapy agents.
He is the recipient of the Emory University School of Medicine's Innovations for Impact Award among several other awards and honors.
