2025 KUHR-TN National Conference Meeting
Date: May 20-21, 2025
Location: Claudia Nance Rollins Building, Emory University (1518 Clifton Rd. NE, Atlanta, GA 30322)
Directions to building: Registration and breakfast will be in the plaza of the Claudia Nance Rollins Building from 7:30-8:30 AM EST. If you are coming from the Michael Street Parking Deck and walking up to the complex, it is the first building on the left with outdoor seating. We will have signs to help guide you to the building.
Parking
Those driving to the conference should park in the Michael Street Parking Deck (550 Houston Mill Road, Atlanta, GA 30322). Please see registration table at the end of the conference to have your parking validated.

Trainee Presentations
Poster presentations: Trainees should bring a printed copy of their poster to the conference. Posters should be no larger than 54 inches (length) x 36 inches (height).
Rapid Fire presentations: Trainees selected for Rapid Fires should prepare a 3-minute oral presentation to provide brief overview of your project and poster. Click here to download the PowerPoint template for Rapid Fire presentations, and click here for a Rapid Fire tipsheet. Please send slides to Mikayla Zachos (kflowe4@emory.edu) no later than Wednesday May 14, 2025. For your presentation, please include 3 slides (max) with the following information:
- One slide with your name, title, affiliation, project title and study hypothesis
- One slide with a key research finding
- One slide with a conclusion and teaser for why people should visit your poster
Oral presentations: Trainees nominated by their Centers who have been contacted by ATLANTIS to give an oral presentation in place of a poster presentation should prepare a 7-8 minute oral presentation with slides using this PowerPoint template. There is no slide limit for the oral presentations, and there will be a Q&A session from the audience at the end of all oral presentations from that session. Please send slides to Mikayla Zachos (kflowe4@emory.edu) no later than Wednesday May 14, 2025.

Hotel block at the Emory Conference Center and Hotel: The hotel block at ECCH has closed. Please contact the hotel directly if you're in need of a reservation.
The hotel closest to the conference is the Emory Conference Center and Hotel (0.4 miles, 9 minute walk from conference). The hotel block has now closed, and all new reservations are subject to the Emory Conference Center and Hotel's availability. Please contact the hotel directly if you're still interested in making a reservation. For guests staying at the hotel, check out is at 12:00 PM EST, so please check out of your room before coming to the conference that morning. The hotel will hold your luggage for you during the conference.
Stay on campus at Emory University: Reservations at Clifton Towers have closed.
