Leadership

The strategic foundation for our Education Transformation initiative was developed through the Medical Education Strategic Planning process in 2021. Nearly 120 education thought leaders were engaged in a strategic planning process that helped to define priorities and goals for medical education.

The Education Transformation Steering Committee is made up of degree program leads, working group leads and representatives from the SOM Office of Equity and Inclusion, School of Medicine IT and our health care partners.
