Parking, Shuttles, and Special Accomodations

For those attending both the Emory School of Medicine Reception and Ceremony, we recommend that you park at the deck closest to your final event venue and walk or ride shuttles. This ensures you are closest to your vehicle at the end of the day. Fishburne Parking Deck is a shorter distance from Glenn Memorial, with Peavine Parking Deck as a second option. All parking decks will be available to use during Commencement. See SHUTTLES below for more information.
 
While all Commencement parking decks are free, all other parking regulations are strictly enforced. Your car may be booted or towed if improperly parked. On campus, please do not parking in any spaces marked for no-parking, 24-hour Reserved, carpool or Special Services Only.

Emory University Shuttle will be running on an expanded schedule during Commencement. For more information, please see below:

• Reception @ James B. Williams Medical Education Building - board the D Route Shuttle to the Woodruff Circle Transit Center and proceed to School of Medicine Courtyard for Reception

• Ceremony @ Glenn Memorial Auditorium - guests may take the D Route Shuttle to bus stop at the corner of Fishburne Drive and Dowman Drive - cross street, follow the sidewalk to the front entrance of Glenn Memorial Auditorium 

• After the Ceremony - follow the sidewalk in front of Glenn Memorial Auditorium for the D Route Shuttle bus stop at corner of Fishburne Drive and Dowman Drive to take shuttle to Peavine Parking Deck or other on-campus deck where you parked your vehicle.

In addition, you can view the Transloc rider app on your smartphone for shuttle updates and real-time bus locations.

Passenger pickup and drop-off is available at Emory School of Medicine for guests with Special Accommodations. Guests may be dropped off by the Fountain on Means Drive. A private Shuttle Service is available to take guests plus one escort to the Ceremony from 2:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. Following the ceremony, guests may be picked-up from the rear entrance of Glenn Memorial.
