2026 GME Virtual Orientation Recording and Presentations
The 2026 GME Virtual Orientation can be accessed after July 1st. You will need your NetID/password to access this page through the intranet.
Credentialing
Incoming residents and fellows are required to complete the HR orientation in PeopleSoft AND complete the onboarding checklist in New Innovations by April 30 of your incoming year.
Use your Emory NetID and refer to your contract package cover letter for login instructions.
House Staff Orientation
Incoming residents and fellows are required to participate in a half‑day GME Virtual Orientation, complete fit testing, and the employment verification process. Please consult your Program Coordinator for your assigned date.
