Jordan Cattie, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Emory School of Medicine. She serves as Associate Director of Adult Outpatient Psychiatry at Emory Clinic, and Director of the Emory OCD & Anxiety Intensive Program. Dr. Cattie's work aims to increase access to effective mental healthcare through the provision of clinical care, training and dissemination of evidence-based practices and advocacy. She provides didactic trainings and clinical supervision in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which aims to promote psychological and behavioral flexibility in pursuit of valued living. Clinically, she is interested in integrating third-wave behavioral therapies with other empirically informed interventions to provide comprehensive care for patients and families.
