Reporting Instructions
All M1 students must report NO LATER THAN 12:30 to the Church School Building (see Building “B” on the attached map). Use one of the entrances on the west side of the building (closest to Glenn). Go to the Fellowship Hall, which is just inside the west entrances.
We will give you more instructions when you arrive!
Due to the time limitations, we ask that you do not bring your guests with you to the Fellowship Hall. There will be time to meet everyone at the Reception.
What to Wear/What to Bring
Please dress professionally:
- shirt and tie, dress slacks or khakis, and dress shoes; or
- nice dress, or skirt/dress slacks and a blouse, and dress shoes
Do NOT wear a jacket or sweater (we won’t be able to put your white coat on over a jacket or a sweater). If you would like to have a jacket or sweater for later, you may leave it with your guests.
Travel light. Please leave bags, laptops, cameras, etc. at home or with your guests. There will be no secure place to keep valuables during the Ceremony.
Class Photo
At the end of the Ceremony, you will be led out of Glenn and will be directed to line-up on the front steps of Glenn. It is very important that we do this quickly. A photographer will be ready to go and will take the picture as soon as we get everyone lined-up on the stairs.
