Overview
William (Bill) O'Connell, MD, is Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences at Emory University School of Medicine. A board certified diagnostic radiologist and interventional radiologist, Dr. O'Connell specializes in minimally invasive vascular and non-vascular interventional radiology procedures, including interventional oncology with Y90, chemoembolization and ablation therapies. He coordinates care with oncologists at Winship to treat patients with any of the following malignancies: spinal tumors, primary liver cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, metastatic pancreatic cancer including neuroendocrine tumors, metastatic colon cancer, metastatic lung cancer or metastatic breast cancer.
