Overview

My primary research interest lies in elucidating the biological functions of risk genes associated with mental disorders during neural development and their contributions to the pathogenesis of neuropsychiatric and neurodevelopmental disorders. I am employing patient-derived induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying neuropsychiatric and neurodevelopmental disorders, with the goal of translating this knowledge into therapeutic targets for developing novel treatments.
