William Knaus II
Overview
Dr. Knaus specializes in hand and reconstructive plastic surgery and is primarily based at Grady Memorial Hospital. He received his MD degree from the University of Massachusetts in 2009. He completed his general surgery residency at the University of Texas Southwestern, did his plastic surgery residency at the Harvard Combined Plastic Surgery Residency, and completed his hand and upper extremity fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School. During his hand fellowship, he was an assistant in orthopaedic surgery. Dr. Knaus' articles have been published in a number of leading journals, including Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Journal of Surgical Oncology, and Journal of Reconstructive Microsurgery.
