Focus

  • The research in my laboratory focuses on the causes and consequences of abnormal neuronal activity in the basal ganglia, in movement disorders such as parkinsonism. These studies are done with the goal of developing new surgical or pharmacologic treatments for human Parkinson's disease and other movement disorder.
