Research
Focus
- My research has consisted primarily of clinical studies in musculoskeletal trauma. Ive been involved in retrospective studies, clinical studies, and basic science studies. One area I have published several articles in is the effect of traumatic brain injury on bone formation. In patients with traumatic brain injury, there is acceleration of fracture healing and abnormal bone formation around joints. My research involves determining the correlation between cognitive function and the time of surgical excision
