Research

Focus

  • The overall focus of my research revolves around the mechanisms that effect barrier permeability and alveolar epithelial cell function. My current investigations involve the effects of oxidative stress on alveolar epithelial cells. Future goals are to translate this work to infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia.
