Research
Focus
- Over the years, much of my personal research focus centered on the specific disease entities of HIV infection and cocaine abuse, and their impact on anesthesia care during parturition, especially in terms of coagulation status. These publications have been sighted extensively throughout the Anesthesia literature world. I have also studied and published on diminished opioid/local anesthetic requirements during regional analgesia and anesthesia secondary to the pregnant patients elevation in intrathecal progesterone.
