Focus

  • My research interests are in the pathogenesis and pathology of neurodegenerative diseases. More specifically, the interactions between Parkinsons / Alzheimers disease -related genetic factors and external stressors; including mitochondrial impairment, oxidative stress, protein degradation, and protein trafficking pathways and their role in neurodegeneration.
