Focus

My research is on translational projects related to gastrointestinal malignancies, specifically pancreatic and colorectal cancer, to bring observations derived from in vitro models of cancer cell growth to the translational level. I closely collaborate with clinicians in studies that target the HSP90, SPARC and DNMT-1 cell signaling pathways in pancreatic as well as colorectal cancer cells.
