Matthew Whalin
Overview
Dr. Matt Whalin is the Director of Neuroanesthesiology at Grady Memorial Hospital. He joined Emorys Medical Scientist Training Program in 1999 after graduating from Williams College. He completed his PhD in molecular and systems pharmacology under the mentorship of W. Robert Taylor in the Division of Cardiology. Dr. Whalin enjoys a broad practice of anesthesiology at Grady with a focus on the management of stroke patients receiving interventions in the Marcus Stroke and Neuroscience Center.
