Michele Sumler
Overview
Dr. Michele L. Sumler is the Vice Chair of Diversity Equity and Inclusion and the Director of Simulation for the Department of Anesthesiology. Her clinical expertise is in the anesthetic management of patients undergoing cardiac and thoracic surgery and her research interests include medical ethics, diversity, and simulation education outcomes.
