Focus
- Pre-clinical development of a novel synthetic curcumin analog and taxol for therapy of tumor angiogenesis and bone metastasis of breast cancer. Develop methods for the targeted delivery of our novel synthetic curcumin analogs (anti-cancer and anti-angiogenesis agent) and taxol to only cancer cells and tumor-associated vascular endothelial cells that feed tumors for treatment of metastatic breast cancer, glioblastoma multiforme, metastatic melanoma, pancreatic cancer and drug resistant head/neck cancer.
