Overview
Mohammad Hajiha, MD, FRCSC, completed his undergraduate, medical school, and urology residency at the University of Toronto, Canada, after which he was granted membership as a Fellow of The Royal College of Surgeons of Canada. From 2017-2019, he engaged in a fellowship in endourology, laparoscopy, robotic, and minimally invasive surgery at Loma Linda University. Prior to joining the Emory Department of Urology in 2022, he held positions at Loma Linda University Medical Center and Riverside University Health System.
Dr. Hajiha's clinical specialties include endourological surgery for complex renal stones and obstructions as well as robotic, laparoscopic, and open procedures for prostate, kidney, adrenal, and bladder malignancies. His primary practice locations are Emory Johns Creek Hospital and the Atlanta VA Healthcare System. Among his research interests are renal stone prevention, treatment and radiation safety in medicine, and improvement of the perioperative factors that influence patient outcomes following urologic oncology procedures.
