  • Research and academic focus has been in the clinical areas of cerebrovascular disease including clinical trials, acute treatment of stroke, stroke prevention, stroke epidemiology, stroke recovery, racial differences in stroke, cerebrovascular imaging, outcomes, quality improvement of stroke, collaborative models of stroke care, biomarkers in stroke and traumatic brain injury, and clinical trials in traumatic brain injury.
