- Exploration of the mechanisms and treatment of cytokine-induced behavioral syndromes as they relate to development of depression in the medically ill Participation in the research projects testing the hypothesis of fronto-striatal dopaminergic circuitry alterations in patients with malignant melanoma and chronic hepatitis C treated with interferon-alpha, using positron emission tomography (PET) analysis and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI).
