Meredith Mason
Overview
Dr. Meredith Mason received her MD degree from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine in 2012. During her general surgery residency at Baylor College of Medicine she did a two-year fellowship in clinical and health services research at the Houston Health Services Research and Development Center for Innovations in Quality, Effectiveness and Safety (IQUEST) at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center. She joined the Emory Department of Surgery after completing her clinical fellowship in complex general surgical oncology at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Dr. Mason's articles have been published in a number of leading journals, including Annals of Surgery, Journal of the American College of Surgeons, Annals of Surgical Oncology, and Journal of Surgical Research. Her primary clinical location is Grady Memorial Hospital.
