Lesley Miller MD
Overview
Lesley Miller, MD is a professor in the Division of General Internal Medicine. She received her undergraduate degree in Human Biology from Stanford University and her MD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She completed her internship and residency in internal medicine/primary care track at Emory and then joined the general medicine faculty in 2001.
Dr. Miller's clinical, research and teaching interests center around primary care-based hepatitis C screening and treatment in underserved populations. Dr. Miller is the Medical Director of the Grady Liver Clinic, a primary care-based hepatitis C clinic that provides comprehensive care, including treatment, for patients with hepatitis C at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Miller has led nationally recognized HCV screening and linkage to care programs since 2012 and is a medical advisor for the GA Department of Public Health Viral Hepatitis ECHO program. Dr. Miller has lectured for national audiences on hepatitis C screening, treatment, and alternate models of care and has conducted local, regional and national HCV provider trainings. She has been recognized by the Coalition for Global Hepatitis Elimination as a Hepatitis Elimination Champion.
