Overview
Jana Keating was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She attended Emory University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2009. She then went on to attend The University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in Miami, Florida where she attained her Doctor of Medicine in 2013. Following medical school, Dr. Keating returned to Atlanta to complete her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Emory University. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and maintains membership as a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG).
Dr. Keating provides a full spectrum of obstetrical and gynecologic care with interests in minimally invasive/robotic surgery, abnormal uterine bleeding, family planning, and high-risk obstetrics. She is passionate about helping patients navigate the ever-changing healthcare landscape and employs a patient-centered care experience to help achieve this goal. She enjoys the continuity of care found in obstetrics and gynecology and is fueled by the bonds developed with her patients over the course of their lives.
Dr. Keating lives and works in the Johns Creek community. When she isnt working, she can be found spending time with her husband and their two young children, as well as traveling internationally, reading, and enjoying the great outdoors.
