Focus
- The main focus of my research has been the study of immune mechanisms and chemotherapy of parasitic diseases. Specifically, the identification and evaluation of chemotherapeutic agents and treatment regimens for C. parvum and Microsporidia sp. and in the study of immune responses generated during C. parvum infection and the identification of key antigens that trigger a protective response.
