Research

Focus

  • As a neuropsychologist specializing in geriatrics, my clinical and research focus involves cognitive disorders including memory and executive functioning that are associated with normal and pathological aging. Areas of investigation include 1) Vascular comorbidities and their relationship to neurobehavioral features and cerebral white matter changes in patients with Alzheimers disease and mild cognitive impairment; and 2) Neurobehavioral features and recovery from traumatic brain injury in older adults.
