Overview
Eunice Goetz is an Assistant Professor of the Emory School of Medicines Physician Assistant Program in the Department of Family and Preventative Medicine. Eunice received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and received a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins University and a Doctor of Medical Science, specializing in PA education from Butler University.
Clinically, Eunice has worked at the University of Pennsylvania, specializing in Urology, General Surgery and Interventional Radiology. Once she moved to Atlanta, she worked in Urology at Emory Healthcare. Prior to arriving at Emory University, Eunice was a principal didactic faculty member at South Colleges PA program while working clinically in Urgent Care.
At Emory, Eunice is the course director of the Introduction to Physical Assessment, Psychiatry, Hematology/Oncology and Nephrology/Genitourinary modules. She is also a small-group Society leader, where she helps students apply didactic concepts to clinical scenarios. She is passionate about serving the community, promoting diversity and inclusion and fostering a dynamic and supportive learning environment that make classes more engaging and effective.
