Nontuberculous Mycobacterial Lung Disease
Research has focused on epidemiology and treatment outcomes, as well as noninvasive biomarkers in assessing disease burden. -
Non-Cystic Fibrosis Bronchiectasis
Research has focused on 3 areas: epidemiology and disease phenotyping in directing treatment protocols, patient education & training, and clinical trials. I coauthored the NCFB patient education series for the American Thoracic Society, and am currently the principal investigator for a large clinical trial aimed at reducing NCFB exacerbation rates. -
