Research
Focus
- The long-term goal of my laboratory is to determine the molecular basis for quality control mechanisms and regulatory processes mediated by proteins and/or RNA ligands during translation. We use a combination of state-of-the-art structural biology, biochemical and biophysical techniques to answer key questions of RNA-protein recognition and catalysis of the bacterial ribosome.
