Overview
Dr. Carrie Flanagan received her MD degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School (2004). Her postgraduate medical training included a General Surgery Internship at Hennepin County Medical Center, a residency in Otolaryngology at the University of Minnesota and a Rhinology and Skull Base Surgery Fellowship at Emory University. She primarily works at the Veterans Administration Medical Center as an Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery faculty member for the Department of Otolaryngology.
