Overview
Dr. Cimmino received her undergraduate education (Bachelor degree in Psychology) and medical degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She completed her General Surgery internship and Urology residency training at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington, Massachusetts. This was followed by specialty fellowship training in Andrology, Male Infertility, and Sexual Medicine at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Dr. Cimminos clinical interests include general and office urology with emphasis on Mens Health including male infertility, sexual health, Peyronies disease and hypogonadism (low testosterone). She is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, the Sexual Medicine Society, and the American Urological Association. Dr. Cimmino is a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology (2015).
Dr. Cimmino is closely involved in teaching and education, mentoring medical students and urology residents. In 2009-2011, she was recognized for her Teaching Excellence by Tufts University School of Medicine. She has authored several book chapters, as well as multiple articles in peer-reviewed scientific journal articles, and has participated and presented at regional and national meetings.
