Overview
Dr. Moore joined the Emory University School of Medicine faculty in 2004. He received his M.D. at Emory University School of Medicine and completed his emergency medicine residency at Emory University.
Dr. Moore is a member of the the American College of Emergency Physicians, and the Society for Academic Emergency Medicine. His research interests include hospital-based disaster preparedness and response and emergency department throughput.

Focus
- Current research focus surrounds the field of disaster management. Specifically, my research focus is with planning and coordination of regional medical aid, and the simplification of disaster protocols. I also perform hazards vulnerability analysis for hospitals. Previous research interests include stress testing in emergency department observations units.
