Research
Focus
- As a fellow in Medical Toxicology, my research interests involve the clinical manifestations and management of the poisoned patient. Specifically, I am interested in biomarkers in the blood which can be used to predict outcome of overdoses or chemical exposures. This data can help in determining observation time and disposition of poisoned patients, as well as in determining the necessity and aggressiveness of treatment.
