Abhisake Kole
Overview
Dr. Abhi Kole received his MD from Emory and PhD in Immunology from the University of Oxford. He is a graduate of the Internal Medicine residency program at Emory and was subsequently a fellow with the HEAL Initiative (Health Equity, Action, and Leadership) through UCSF. He worked two years in rural India with this program. He returned to Grady as a hospitalist in 2020. He also teaches the Community Learning and Social Medicine course for first-year medical students. His areas of interest are in addressing structural causes of inequity in our healthcare system.
