Focus
- My primary research interest is in the development and teaching of provider strategies for helping patients manage psychosocial/behavioral concerns in their lives. Specifically, I have two major areas of interest related to this: My first area of interest is in research on the development of effective teaching strategies for intimate partner violence assessment and intervention in primary care. My second area of interest is in the development of effective teaching strategies for motivational interviewing in the primary care setting.
