Overview
I am a consultation-liaison psychiatrist and director of the psychiatry consult service at Emory St Joseph's hospital. I completed the majority of my training at the University of Florida, and then spent two years in Seattle completing a consultation-liaison fellowship at the University of Washington, followed by one year as an attending at Harborview Medical Center. I am happy to return to the southeast and join Emory faculty. I have specifically clinical interests of quality and safety, ethical use of seclusion and restraint, and a background in movement disorders research. I have a very energetic 3 year old and live with him and my husband in Roswell. I enjoy reading and gardening.
