The Churchwell Diversity and Inclusion Collective (CDIC) is a resident-run organization born out of the desire to cultivate a safe and welcoming environment for internal medicine housestaff from diverse backgrounds.
CDIC aims to foster a culture of camaraderie, championing efforts within advocacy, recruitment/retention, and professional development, with the goal of building an inclusive resident body to better serve the greater Atlanta community.
