Recent attacks on Critical Race Theory are part of a broader countermovement against antiracism. The dimensions of this conservative mobilization include voter restrictions, criminalization of protest and policies banning instruction related to systemic racial inequality.

The Block Party will have food trucks, music and booths for each of our affinity groups! The party will feature Love at First Bite, Bhojanic and MokiPops food trucks (vouchers will be provided) as well as an interactive performance by the Atlanta Chinese Dance Company! Best of all, it should provide an opportunity to mix and mingle with others during Emory SOM’s inaugural diversity week.
