School of Medicine New Faculty Orientation

The 2018 New Faculty Orientation will be held on February 5, 2018

This event is mandatory for all SOM faculty, except postdocs, hired since August 15, 2017. However, all faculty are welcome to attend.  

The Office of Faculty Affairs and Professional Development is pleased to invite all new SOM faculty members to attend New Faculty Orientation. Orientation has been redesigned and will include presentations from senior leadership and breakout sessions hosted by leaders from the offices of education and research. The Resource Fair will immediately precede and provides attendees the opportunity to meet with a variety of representatives from across the university including Employee Benefits, the Office of Industry Relations, Research Administration Services and more! Registration for orientation includes participation in the resource fair. 


Resource Fair: 12:00 – 1:00 PM
Orientation: 1:00 – 4:45 PM
