Dear colleagues, 

The work of an academic medical center does not stop at the boundaries of our campus. Every day, Emory faculty contribute their expertise to their professions, their communities and the broader advancement of health and medicine. 

 

Today, we recognize faculty honored by their departments and external organizations for accomplishments that have made an impact across regional, national and international communities. Their achievements reflect the School of Medicine's breadth of excellence and the far-reaching impact of the work done here. These honorees represent just a few examples of the excellence, innovation and influence found throughout the School of Medicine. 

 

Whether through research that advances scientific understanding, partnerships that improve health, leadership within a profession or service to communities, your work advances our commitment to improving health and medicine. You strengthen our ability to educate future leaders, advance biomedical science and improve the health of the patients and communities we are privileged to serve.
