Residential Program

The Summer Science Academy Residential Program is a two week science enrichment program that offers a similar curriculum as the Day Program. Students enrolled in the Summer Science Academy Residential Program reside on campus during the two week session. The Academy is divided into two groups: Academy I and Academy II. Students entering the 10th grade may participate in Academy I. Students entering the 11th and 12th grades may participate in Academy II. In addition to the day instruction, students will participate in "extended-day" academic, cultural, and life skills activities. Some of these activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Scientific project research
  • Seminars/ Guest lectures
  • Concentrated writing skills preparation
  • Study skills workshops
  • Cultural, educational and fun field trips
  • College Exploration and Admissions
