Timeline and process for future building occupants
The Certificate of Occupancy (CO) has been issued for the building. Additional work inside the building continues (for example, installation of additional items to support equipment moves). The phased move-in process is expected to begin in early March. We will communicate any necessary adjustments to move dates as quickly as possible to the move coordinator/s.

Move Coordination
Each lab or group moving into the building has identified a Move Coordinator. The Move Coordinator will manage all logistics of the move for their group, working closely with the School of Medicine Space and Facilities team. If you will be moving into the building and you're unsure who will be managing your move, email Mary Clements at mary.clements@emory.edu.
The School of Medicine Space and Facilities Administration team will communicate specific details and timing to the Move Coordinators, who will be responsible for sharing that information with their groups.
