Emory Center for AIDS Research

Continuously funded by the NIH since 1998, the Emory CFAR's mission is to decrease HIV incidence, improve well-being and, ultimately, find a vaccine and a cure for HIV. The CFAR targets the Southern epidemic as a microcosm of the global HIV/AIDS pandemic.

Center of Excellence for Influenza Research and Surveillance (Emory-UGA CEIRS)

Infectious disease researchers from Emory and the University of Georgia focus on surveillance and investigation of swine influenza viruses and immune responses to viral infection.

Center for Neurodegenerative Disease

Silvio O. Conte Center for Oxytocin and Social Cognition

Tuberculosis Research Unit
