Post-Doctoral Fellow
Dr. Nag is working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, digital pathology, and medical image processing for cancer prediction and prognosis. With the lab, she is focused on developing AI models for analyzing collagen fiber features in the tumor microenvironment for prediction and prognosis of oropharyngeal cancers and colon cancers, as well as for predicting immunotherapy response and survival outcome in head and neck cancer patients.
Dr. Nag previously served as a post-doctoral research associate at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and a teaching cum research associate at Vellore Institute of Technology in Vellore, India.
She earned her PhD (dissertation: image analysis for early detection of oral submucous fibrosis), as well as a masters degree in biomedical engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology. She completed her undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering at West Bengal University of Technology in West Bengal, India.
